October Academy
Our October Academy is a warm weather academy that takes place at the La Manga Resort in Murcia, Spain. With seasonal highs of 25°C and lows of 15°C during the month of October the La Manga Resort is well placed for a warm weather golf academy. With the golfing season traditionally coming to an end in September in the UK and Ireland we see it as an ideal opportunity for the coaches and students to get together to analyse the season gone by.
During this academy, the coaches will identify the areas of the students game that need the most focus. With a season worth of information the coaches are well placed to design the optimum individual plan for each of the students. Throughout the week the students are guided by the coaches on what will be required of them during their off-season. This better enables the students to be prepared for their time away from the coaches and allows them to be self-sufficient in terms of practice and improvement.
With the October academy taking place as the golfing season is winding down the timing of this academy couldn't be better. Winter will be just around the corner and this will allow the students the time needed to implement the changes outlined in their individual plans. The students will have many months in which to work on the changes and improvements implemented throughout the academy. This should see them well placed heading into the new season.
