The K Club

There are two championship courses located at the K Club facility, the Palmer North course, and the Palmer South course. The Palmer North course hosted the 2006 Ryder Cup and multiple editions of the European Open throughout the years, as well as the 2016 edition of the Irish Open, which was won by Rory McIlroy. The Palmer South course has previously hosted the European Open on 3 occasions, 2004, 2006, and 2007. Both courses are of considerable quality, but the Palmer North course will always have a special place in the hearts of Irish people after it hosted the 2006 Ryder Cup. On-site, there is the 5-star K Club Hotel, which is one of the finest hotels in Ireland.
